Establishing the Justice League

I understand that DC has struck it big with Superman and Batman movies, but why keep it so limited before the big Justice

League movie.  This should the time where they can explore and expand the DC cinematic universe.  With the upcoming Man of Steel 2 that is also featuring Batman everyone is all excited about the establishment of the connected universe.

I just know that some will read this and think “He just
thinks they look hot and that’s all he cares about.”  My response is that I can’t help how these
characters are drawn.  I pick this list
not by looks, but by preset criteria that did not have a looks category.

Man of Steel – The reboot Superman deserves, but is it the one we need right now?

I watched the Man of Steel, and it was amazing!  Is this the movie Superman needs? My answer is yes!  But before you read further it should be known that this review will contain spoilers, so read at your own discretion.  Also, watching things at the drive-in is still the best!

I recently found the website www.fangrabs.com. The site lets you rent comic books, graphic novels, and manga.  Yeah, a rental service…for comic books.  I was a little skeptical at first, but then I read further into.  And I have to tell you the truth I’m sold on it. 

R. Resurrection Man

Resurrection Man, real name Mitchell Shelley, made his first appearance in Resurrection Man #1 in 1997.  If the Question from my last post is my favorite hero then Resurrection Man is my second favorite.

Lori was first introduced in the story “The Girl in Superman’s Past” in Superman #129 (May 1959). The story revealed that while attending Metropolis University, Clark met Lori, who was attending as a student and hiding her mermaid identity by posing as a wheelchair-using student (with a blanket covering the lower half of her body).

Dolphin made her debut in DC’s Showcase #79 in 1968.
When she was young she fell overboard on a cruise ship, and was save by a race of aliens that wanted to become a prototype for a subaquatic humanoid race. During these experiments she grew gills, webbed finger and toes, shining white hair, superhuman strength, resilience to deep water pressures, and they slowed her aging process.
